Our Equality and Diversity Policy is has been written following the guidance set out in the Equality Act 2010.
It is a fundamental principle of RareQoL to treat people equally and to ensures as far as possible that there is no unlawful direct or indirect discrimination.
We recognised our responsibilities to keep our staff and volunteer safe as far as is reasonably practicable.
Our Health and Safety Management Policy has been written following guidance set out in the Health and Safety at Work Act ( 1974), and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999).

RareQoL will work in partnership with other local / national agencies to put in place appropriate procedures for reporting, making referrals, accessing training, specialist support as and when required.
